My friend and I's driving license runs out next month so we ended up in town to a bigger post office to get it done electronically. 
We walked back home stopping for a coffee/tea. I'm still off coffee and the smell turns my stomach. 

This afternoon after talking this morning I've been in my head and been angry and emotional. Self harmed various ways.
