Surprise Flowers

These were delivered from M&S Flowers for Mr P while he was out. I wondered if they were a late birthday present for me from Mr P, because my attempts to grow sunflowers in the garden are pretty pathetic. But when he got home he  thought they were for him from me in anticipation of his birthday on Sunday.   I assured him they were not from me. It seemed unlikely that either of our sons would send their Dad sunflowers.  The parcel was addressed to him, we opened it, looked for a gift card and   discovered........

- they are a present from the company who installed a new boiler last week. Well I never, that's a first.  Maybe we overpaid them?
