Early morning swim. Felt good, a little stronger.

Concerned about my new malady. Two weeks ago I started itching like a dog, then a week ago when the spots appeared I went to pharmacist They suggested antihistamine, which helped but the livid spots have spread . So I contact my Dr’s surgery today who asked me to send photos vis a link. The GP called back to ask some questions, psoriasis she says. Cream she says. It will clear up she says. If it gets worse, which it has, contact us at once! I have! Pleased to know Im not pox’d or infectious.

we went for a walk at eccup, later than intended, the road was quiet, long and hot. The cattle were seeking shade.
