Friday Feeling...

This Ruddy Darter had that friday feeling today! Must have been the lovely warm sunshine that put a smile on my face!

A good day for wildlife spotting in the sun today, although not a good day for the idiot photographer (me!) who took a different camera out today and didn't bother checking to see if it was charged up... it wasn't! So hence there were lots of very quickly taken shots today in the hope that the battery wouldn't cut out.. it did eventually so had to resort to my camera on my phone!  

But had a lovely walk at Benfleet Downs - walked through a meadow which was buzzing with wildlife, a glorious sight!, found some new paths to explore, found lots of shade and blew away the cobwebs!

Recovering now so will be deploying the radox in a bath later! Have hidden in the shade this afternoon trying to catch up on some reading
