Traeth yr afon
Traeth yr afon ~ River beach

Ar ôl diwrnod gwaith aethon i allan i seiclo i fyny'r Daith Taf i gael picnic ar y 'traeth' yn Radur. Mae llawer o leoedd ar hyd yr afon lle mae lleoedd creigiog neu dywodlyd i eistedd. Eisteddon ni mewn lle tawel gydag ein cefnau yn erbyn hen wal ac yn lledaenu ein picnic ar fat. Ar ôl bwyta gwnaethon i archwilio ymyl yr afon. Roedd y coed yn ddiddorol iawn oherwydd roedd y pridd wedi'i olchi i ffwrdd o'r gwreiddiau. Mae'n ddiddorol i fod ar yr ymylon rhwng tir a dŵr. Dydyn ni erioed wedi gwneud unrhywbeth fel hyn o'r blaen ond rydyn ni'n meddwl gallai ddod yn beth cyson.

After a working day we went out cycling up the Taff Trail for a picnic on the 'beach' at Radyr. There are many places along the river where there are rocky or sandy places to sit. We sat in a quiet place with our backs against an old wall and spread our picnic on a mat. After eating we explored the river's edge. The trees were very interesting because the soil was washed away from the roots. It's interesting to be on the margins between land and water. We've never done anything like this before but we think it might become a regular thing.
