Third World Problems

Don’t you just hate it when you run out of Tamarind Concentrate on a Sunday morning?  Essential to the meal I’m cooking tonight too.  I knew that Bakers and Larners in town would have some but they don’t normally open on Sundays, but then I remembered that during July and August the Sunday market is on so B&L is opening too.  So off I went, and sure enough, I managed to find some.  I bet you are relieved!

A quick wander round the market where I took this shot on my phone.  It’s lucky it came out as well as it did because it was so bright, I couldn’t see the screen so took the shot anyway.

Anyway, must go; I have prawns to griddle.
