Spiggie

When I say that I was 'swimming with a seal' this afternoon I exaggerate slightly. I was wading waist high in the sea at Spiggie Sands and there was a seal' *quite* nearby bobbing around. It gave me the odd glance but that was about as far as our 'swimming together' went. 

Earlier on there'd been a couple of hours out on the bike in the morning, and a trip to Minn Beach with our bona fide Shetland  born and bred pal 

Right, let's see what happened in today's last day in the Tour De France, and I reckon that'll be me done for the day.
