Frankie the Fox

In the early hours of this morning Frankie trotted into the garden and was snapped on camera admiring this sculpture , a stone acorn.  Good to know foxes have taste.

Plans are afoot to adopt a cat from Cat Rescue. Because of Covid it all has to be done on the phone. Anyway we are halfway through the process now. I even have to do an hours consultation on the phone about the cat which is a lot more than I get with my local GP .

One of the television crew left a tripod here the other day and he called this morning with his wife to collect it. Imagine my surprise when I learnt she is a nurse  in the stroke unit of one of Glasgows big teaching hospitals. Another big surprise is that most of the stroke patients coming in have Covid though they show no symptoms and are double vaccinated. Its only discovered  when they are tested.

M got tested for Covid immediately in A&E. on Saturday. So much is still unknown about this new disease.
