Does this look like a winter storm?

We were supposed to have a winter storm today, but nothing much happened. It is colder and a bit breezy and gusty. But, other than that, and enough rain drops to mess up the windshield on the car, nothing. But, I'm not complaining. I can deal with that type of winter storm.
