Celebrating St. Patrick's Day
Reuben sandwich with homemade light rye bread and fresh corned beef, cabbage sauteed with onion, bacon and thyme and a homemade naturally fermented pickle. And, to top it off, tapioca pudding for dessert. My kind of celebration. We're not Irish, we just don't miss a chance to celebrate.
