I have been doing a lot of late afternoon shooting lately, mainly because I am far too lazy and disorganised to get cracking at the other end of the day (except for "trek" days, of course). Today was no different except that I did wander down here at the latest possible time. The lighting was still probably a fraction bright and harsh and so I tried an HDR sequence.

Anyway, here is Govetts Leap in context along the southern escapment of the Grose Valley, near Blackheath (of course).
