Leather Leaf

Well it was a hectic full day even if much of it was spent affixed to my desk chair. I really enjoy hosting the MonoMonday Challenge but I do have to admit that it does consume time by the bucket load. Anyway my personal thanks goes to all of those who participated. I guess I am repeating myself but I was delighted with the standard of technique and creativity on show. I felt really honoured to be fully in the thick of it.

In a bit of a daze I went wandering up the street by late afternoon light and spied more evidence of autumn. This oak tree leaf gave every appearance of having been fashioned from fine red leather. It's a pretty modest blip today but it does reflect the look of my street right now.
