Sunflower

Not the usual yellow sunflower but I think it is beautiful.

Clare and I decided not to walk today because it was so hot. So she came round to my garden for a cold drink. At first it was sunny and so hot. Then a cool wind began to make us feel quite cold. Next came a couple of quick bursts of rain. We sat and enjoyed the rain and the drop.in the heat.

Up to London for my first visit in 16 months tomorrow....really looking forward to my trip!
