East Dean

This is the beautiful village of East Dean, nestled in a dip and surrounded  by the South Downs. We walked there with J - 10km coast and forest and then he treated us to a lovely dinner at the pub. Its 'garden' is the village green,  so a perfect setting on a summer evening. This morning after ordering new glasses we all had coffee at the beach and a swim. Extra - steps on our walk....we came down!
