Black Crag

Stonkingly hot. So we headed down to the south lakes today - we started with a walk up Black Crag, adding to the 2nd Wainwright tally.

Then headed towards Coniston, more as a recce for a paddleboard session later in the week. Found suitable car parks, and had a swim. 

Passing Yew Tree Tarn, I was shocked to see how dry it was (extra) - I've only seen it bone dry once before, and today it was dry and cracked.
