A better night's sleep, and therefore feeling more energetic. Only to find frustration after frustration at work. A little ironic that I had the least satisfying day at work for some time the day after I signed an extension of fixed term contract until early February 2022. 

However, I'm accustomed to the roller coaster that is working in an acute inpatient ward. Next week is another week. Its unlikely to be greatly different from this week, but that also means its unlikely to be worse.

Being able to run (with pauses) for over a half hour and see such sunsets as this reminds me how fortunate I am.
