Oh Deer!

Another stonkingly hot day today.

I tried to keep Bella cool with the paddling pool, wet towels, ice cubes and fans and we waited until the evening for a short walk down to the river.

Waiting until evening means we saw so much wildlife including this deer munching on the brambles, a woodpecker feeding and a pheasant that Bella took great delight in chasing!
