Serendipity

I was just flcking through what comes up on my facebook page and Tara Brach was suggested as help for someone else's problems. Curiousity hit me as it often does.

Some of us are fortunate to find just what we need, just when we need it. At random, I opened a file, began listening and before long  I was totally unravelled, laid bare and quite shocked that such a revelation regarding my fears should happen so suddenly. I half new the truth of this a long time ago, but chose to ignore it.

Sorry I'm not strong enough to share the details but I thought  I would share, just in case this highly talented woman could be of help to any of you. That will depend on each person's  tendency to gravitate towards their own needs.
