Changes

A day of them! 

After such a long spell of hot, sunny weather, it was quite a shock to wake up to mizzle and a grey sky. It stayed grey all day, but had dried up by the time I went to Jacqui's for coffee and a catch up, and we sat in her garden. She's considering several quite drastic life changes...

Forgot the time, and had to dash home and straight out again for an appointment with the hairdresser, the first in well over 2 years. Looked very different when when I left the salon, with hair 20cm shorter than it was...

Tackled a few chores after lunch. Mid-way through the afternoon a text landed from M, the yoga teacher. A change of plan. Weather no longer suitable and garden too damp for outside yoga this evening, so it would be held indoors. An interesting an enjoyable session. M is a bit of philosopher, and put forward some thought-provoking ideas...

Home for a quick bite to eat, a supermarket delivery, an hour in front of the TV with MrM, and bed. Phew!
