Lush Lathkill

A friend of mine had spotted on social media where we are this week and sent me a load of recommendations for places to see and places to eat (and drink beer).

On her recommendation we went down to Lathkill Dale for an absolutely stunning river walk in a lush valley. We picnicked at the little waterfall and dipped our feet into the freezing cold water.

We’d got quite the sweat on by the end of the walk (obvs) so we went to the pub that she’d recommended, overlooking the valley. Probably one of the best views from a pub, ever.
