Boat Basin Blues

This is a sorry rotting hulk of a boat,I couldn't make out a name on her hull so I am sorry to say I cannot tell you anymore about her. Her deck hatches are open and she appears to be a small coastal cargo vessel I suspects small enough to have ventured along the canal but I am really not sure.

It was a horrid grey day but as I left Glasgow there was a short window where it brightened up, it looks ok in the photograph but had I turned and shot the other way the clouds were as black as the Earl of Hell's waistcoat!!! I shot this in monochrome but saturated the greens just to lift the flat light

The snow is forecast to return so we shall see what tomorrow brings
