The Lopsided Pine Tree..

This unusually shaped pine tree is quite a landmark in the Taylor River Reserve. There were big clouds scudding across the sky early this morning. At times the clouds obscured the almost full moon. There is heavy rain predicted for tonight and tomorrow morning. It is hoped that it causes no more serious damage to property and roading. Life is difficult enough for many following the recent horrendous storm over the north of the South Island.
