Petrichor

A lovely morning, with warm sunshine, and then a showery afternoon. I managed to finish my marking bar the lates and also do some gardening so, all up, a good day. To keep that buzz going I made a nice meal. I think of the dish in the image as a Mediterranean roast. Spuds, chillies, garlic (loads), onion, lemon thyme, and a drop of oil. Cook in the oven for a couple of hours. I had them with a bit of steak, minted peas and a glass of Claret (to give the gout medication a bit of a work-out). If Carlsberg made Sundays....
