Hoorah!
Today I am celebrating a new rotary dryer. I'm sure that this won't be of interest to you elites who have ready access to renewable drying methods, but I've been without for a while. My last one sadly succumbed to old age and was retired to that last sunny breeze. You might notice that this one is sitting in a green cup with a lid. This is a jolly good piece of design; the lower part is a screw, and the upper part has two-holes through which a metal rod is passed. The rod is used to turn the whole thing and it slowly buries itself in the ground rather like The Mole in Thunderbirds. It's higher than it needs to be, but I wanted to put the dryer in to check that it was in the right place before fixing it properly. This is proper celebration time, I can hold my head high in the world of people who peg out.
