Morning cuddle

After a night sharing a sleeping bag - (sick on his on Friday evening), what's the first thing you want... 

Tent down and all packed up nice and leisurely - with slight (possibly a bit mean) amusement at a couple who were not enjoying marital bliss at taking down and packing away their tent and equipment. 

We met up with some extended family for lunch which was really lovely - it's always so nice seeing family and has a wonderfully homely, reassuring feel. 

Loooong journey home, but we're back.  Everything out of the car and put away / in the wash / in the pile of things to be washed within an hour of being home.  Why it takes so long to pack and what feels like minutes to unpack is a mystery. 

Today I'm grateful for: 
A wonderful camping trip
Lunch with family 
Being back home - it's always nice to get home
