Splash of colour

Had a dreadful nights sleep. However it did mean I watched the Triathlon live. 

The heat was back today so not good for getting jobs done. Managed to change the beds and complete the washing. It dried so quickly it was back in the drawers in record time. But t that was about it. 

Checked on the bike and the tyre was slowly deflating. Couldn’t see any cause and carefully checked the tyre for thorns etc. Changed the inner tube so fingers crossed problem sorted. Hope to fit a ride in tomorrow.
