Long tailed tit

After a day of catching up on some wonderful Team GB success at the Olympics I decided I needed to get some steps in.
Today was the day to test my wrist and see if it could handle my big camera and its big lens. Success. 
There wasn't much to be found to be honest until I heard a little flock of long tailed tits in a willow tree.
This one kindly posed for me. They are a favourite of mine.
It didn't rain as forecast so I've still not started my indoor tasks. Maybe tomorrow...
