The US Veteran's Administration is requiring employees to get vaccinated. They have eight weeks. It takes five to six weeks to get fully vaccinated. There is growing anger against unvaccinated people. We'll see where it goes.

Iceland is enjoying a surge of tourism as a country with the pandemic under reasonable control. Over 85 percent of the population above 16 have received two vaccine doses. However, they've had some recent cases so they've reinstituted some restrictions. Until August 13, public gatherings will be limited to 200, and bars and restaurants will have to close at 11:00 pm. Masks are mandatory indoors.  Visitors must be vaccinated and now must also have a recent negative Covid case. 

Of course, you don't go to Iceland to hang out indoors....
