Focaccia
Gordon made Focaccia today and it was good to eat some with a dip of olive oil and balsamic. Not good for sitting outside though, as the weather has been very changeable today - we’ve had hot, humid, sunny, chilly, windy, rain, thunder - an exciting day!
* We had not before made the link between Focaccia (Italian) and Fougasse, which we buy a lot of in France. Similar ingredients, but cooked differently. I’m sure Veronica will explain this.
