Aches and pains

Jess (aged 11) is still keen on her walks, but needs a rest every now and again especially when I'm stopping to take photos.  We are both getting older with more aches and pains than before.

I had an online consultation with a physiotherapist about a sore shoulder today but couldn't get the technology to work *sigh*.  She couldn't decide whether it was my neck or my shoulder that was the main problem (both hurt) and so am going to see an actual person next week.   I'm worried it might be a frozen shoulder...
