Another tree carcass

I just thought this was amazingly beautiful when I saw it on my afternoon walk!

R snr is in quite a lot of pain, but it will surely get better quite soon! It is quite painful, I know, because I had the same procedure 15 years ago. It is the work on the bone that is so painful!
