Not a torch but a robust and teeny video camera. After lying about for about eight years, was surprised that the internal battery seems to have charged up. Resolution and quality of the video is very poor, and the translation to English in the manual is the worst I've ever encountered. Mind you, it hardly cost anything, and as there's so little to the device, it should be easy enough to figure out.
Investigation of recording video clips using the various types programmable Raspberry Pi boards and camera modules available for connecting to them, meant plenty time lost watching YouTube videos... some were useful. All the camera modules were much higher specification than the ancient 1.3 megapixel one in the above, and seem very reasonable. Could be great for a few different little projects.
