Plant of the swamps
A little more light rain overnight, it seems, but it will take a while to soak the ground completely.
Walked down town before lunch - still very busy in spite of a rather dull breezy day.
Coming back home I took this picture in my drive bed. I've probably Blipped it before, but it's Crinum x powellii 'Album', the white form of this lovely swamp lily whose parents come from South Africa. It's a cross between Crinum bulbispermum, the Orange River lily and Crinum moorei, the Natal Lily. Seems quite hardy here and will make a good clump in time.
