On the move

Here’s Sarah at East Croydon, where we parted company for a while. She was in her way to see Chris at Redhill, with a heavy suitcase and a rucksack. Slowly moving her possessions out of her room in Tooting in preparation for a year out, starting with the Camino. We spent this afternoon planning, making packing lists and thinking about how we will make our way home from Santiago de Compostela (by ferry to Portsmouth and the Caledonian Sleeper train to Carlisle). It’s all starting to feel quite real now, with only 5 weeks to go..

I was getting the train from East Croydon to Uckfield to see my parents for a few days. Sarah is visiting us tomorrow.
