Today was another milestone .
I shared my first indoor yoga class in 16 months .
There were 11 participants in the hall and I streamed the class live on Zoom to 4 others.
It was a joy to share a practice again with all my friends in this class. The feedback was very positive.
Lynn the community centre manager was such a big help , I’m v grateful to her.
In the afternoon I carefully turned the compost at the allotment. It’s composting well. So time to start using the other compost bin. We seem to be missing most of the rain that’s moving across the country. All the watering I’ve been doing late evening is keeping the plants looking healthy.
Later on I drove to Lockerbie to collect my partner from the train . When we got home he spotted the hedgehog in the back garden. I quickly put out some hedgehog food and sat still watching it crunch away at it. A delightful end to the day.
