Sunflower

The sunflowers are starting to flower . They are planted all around the perimeter of our plot. The bees love them. We picked peas for our evening meal, they were delicious.

We went on a walk around Loch Maben , and heard willow tits en route.
I stayed up late to watch the team triathlon
