Sans sulfite

I got a shipment of organic, sulphur-free wine from Vinceremos yesterday. This one, from Languedoc, is dry and smooth. And reasonably priced. I hope the others are equally palatable.

This morning, Davy and I rolled out a hundred meters of 25mm armoured cable to provide an upgraded supply to the barn. It’ll be Wednesday when the heat pump sparky returns and they commission the system.

And for tea … freshly made sausages. Apple, leek, and paprika tonight. I’m heading out to guddle for tatties and pick broad beans.
