My ultra Ultrabook?

On 21st June last year my blip was an Ultrabook computer which I had bought that day.

I won't mention the name of the manufacturer but the machine turned out to be a load of junk. It had to go back to the makers' German branch a few weeks later for remedial work and, despite my phoning them almost weekly, I was kept in the dark for at least two months. Eventually they phoned me on a Sunday morning to say that they could not repair it and would refund me the cost. I continued to have the same sort of problem with communication and I finally received the refund in December with no hint of an apology or compensation.

Anyway, I've risked a second foray into the Ultrabook world and bought another model yesterday, this time direct from a manufacturer whose products I've previously owned.
