A spot of high level grazing

I've often seen Greylag geese grazing on the grass but never before have I seen them pecking away at the low branches of a tree.

I've developed a bit of a sore back today so I've been taking things easy  ..... so pain killers swallowed I've spent the afternoon lying on the couch, a hot water bottle against my right shoulder blade while I watched the Olympics.
