Into A Penthouse

The   Lord Napier has stood derelict for about ten years. Covered in graffiti and adorned with the Sh*tH*use To Penthouse slogan along the parapet. The phoenix is now rising from the ashes and it looks like it will soon be back open as a pub. The social comment has gone (perhaps temporarily) and the street artists are repainting it. Here are two of them assessing what they need to do next while another pair attend to the flank wall with their cherry picker. 

It's all changing down at Hackney Wick where it will soon be the new hipster central.
