The Silence Of The Forest

Well an early rise today expecting really bad weather on my trip to Newcastle and there was nothing all the way down apart from a skiff at Grantshouse and there was nothing exciting in the rain around Newcastle either so on my way home I carried on past the slip road into Rosyth and headed up the motorway another 7-8 miles to the Kelty to Dollar road and headed a mile or so along it until there was a forest track that I could turn around and park then I wandered down the track through the Pine trees to grab this shot looking like a winter wonderland and it was so quiet indeed very peaceful and very lonely just my cup of tea not that I'm a loner but sometimes It gives me time to gather my thoughts and find it very relaxing and therapeutic so this is my blip for the day of The silence of the forest not so traumatic as "The Silence Of The Lambs 1991" so it was nice to see the forest like this rather than the dreary rain all the way down the East Coast today
