No lie in.

According to the scales- 6lb lighted?!?! No thanks to this beauty.
Went to the gym. Oh my word my body aches. It’s shocking how fit I was and how unfit I now am.
Home to sort us out then off to the I laws for a visit. Took A for a bike ride whilst B had a much needed sleep.
We tried for a lie in this morning whilst the girls got hold of Theo’s good pellets and decided they were popcorn and put them all over the house in bowls of water!!!!
Lovely Chinese for din er and then home to bed as I am very tired and sore from the gym.
