After her swim yesterday, granddaughter Charlotte in Ireland had made a GIANT Oreo cake! None for me, though. Grrr.

Meanwhile back at the ranch, can't understand why a local person/business owner has taken back a field the family owns from the farmer who rented it and are now using it as simply a dump for all their garden refuse. Huge amount of thuja hedge ripped out with roots and masses of wire netting and simply dumped at our back entrance that we used to use to get to our rented field which adjoins it. The farmer always let us use it. Doesn't really bother me, but I don't understand the thought processes and not sure if it's legal, but one doesn't make an issue of such things. The 1970s owner of our property had a massive bust up with the father of the current owner over the borderline between our property and the field that was never resolved, but I think went to court!
