No, not really! It's our soon-to-be cupboard, until recently a fairly useless space between the bathroom and the door to the outside world. The walls and window surround have all had one coat of paint, and I shall put on the second coats tomorrow. The Blip is more by way of recording some progress in the hall than anything else.
The bars at the window were probably put in place when the flat and the space below it were a shop - the flat has seen many changes since it was built in around 1850, though we've been unable to discover much about its history! Apart from the fact that it was a Co-op dairy about 50 years ago, and our plumber used to work then when he was a lad!
We thought about putting an old-fashioned telephone in there, or filling it with plants, but a cupboard will be much more useful...
