Riverside Walk

Today’s event was a middle event based round Fort William. Warm  fast conditions and a slightly better run today.

We have a lovely location for our holiday cottage. The farmer cutting back the Bracken to maintain the riverside footpaths. A wander along them after a meal is a good way to end the day. The river bed is Boulder strewn and wide. However the recent dry weather has reduced the running water to a trickle in places.  It would be interesting to see it in full flow. I rather liked the reflections in this deeper section.
