Pears!

Harvest time is beginning and we have the annual search for cool places to put all the fruit while it is ripening. This is the season when we discuss getting a second refrigerator, but nothing ever comes of it. We'll send a flat or two down to our son's place, and hope that the tool room here doesn't get too hot. The whole thing seems early this year. These are Bartletts by the way. They need to sit out for a week or two. I hope the other varieties slow down a little.
