Dora

I enjoyed a lovely morning sharing a face to face yoga class at Lincluden Community Centre. There were 11 participants in the hall and 4 people joined on Zoom.
I then drove out of town to see my sister and her family for lunch and a walk. She lives in a pretty village. They have 2 lovely cats , one of which is called Dora , who I photographed sunning herself.
I took her some courgettes, chilli peppers and tomatoes from the allotment along with a bouquet of flowers.
My sister had made my favourite pudding ! So thoughtful. I had a small portion as I’m trying to cut down on sugar in my diet !!
I dug up some Charlotte potatoes at the allotment for our supper. They were delicious.
I joined the Mantra chanting group in the evening led by Glynis .
