Sod hammer and discus throwing. The olympics needs to update to strimmer chucking. After an hour of using this on a cool 24c day with 60% humidity I’d have loved to have chucked the beast. Although it weighs a fair piece.

The Italian tv coverage of the olympics has been very good. I’ve very much enjoyed the track and field.

And just finished watching Succession for a third time. It’s up there with the Sopranos and has such a piquant sting in the tail at the end of Series 2. It’ is wonderfully transgressive, malodorous and strangely touching.
