The Face

I’m back in Brighton for a very short visit and am staying with Alison tonight and tomorrow.

I left home just after 7.30am and had a very good run until the M25 where it was slow, but no actual holdups, and met Kate at Leonardslee Gardens at 12.30pm where there’s a sculpture festival throughout the gardens. It was pretty impressive, and the faces were my favourite, there were three in a row and are called Stream of Consciousness by Anton Smit. I’ve added an extra of all three faces.

We had a lovely couple of hours before the rain started, called at Tesco to pick up a few things and arrived at Alison’s just after 5pm. We had pizza and spent a relaxing night in front of the fire - yes, it’s 5th August and it’s cold!!
