Last Chance

Events conspired, as if they have such an innate ability, to prevent me using the time I had allotted for photography, forcing me to sally forth much later and only just in time to witness quite a wonderful sky just as the pink sun set.

The circle of the sun is a bit of a target which makes it hard to look around the whole image, but fortunately it's quite muted and small in the scene. And I think the sky is the star of the show with a nice subtle reflection in the foreground. I also liked the placement of the twig in the foreground in this version.
